Final Entrants make an appointment for Race Kit collection and nucleic acid test for COVID-19
8/12/2021 (Wed) 10:00 – 11/12/2021 (Sat) 12:00	Submit the Electronic Health Declaration Form confirm not having stayed in places outside Hong Kong after 20^th November 2021, i.e. in the past 21 days before the race
